CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way. If you need to cancel or reschedule your RichCraft coaching session, we ask that you please give at least 48 business hours’ notice by email. If your session is on a Monday, please ensure you get in touch with us by Friday 18:00 at the latest.

Please be aware that requesting to cancel or reschedule within this 48-hour period will result in a £25 charge to cover the session planning administration.

If you have paid upfront and wish to cancel during this period, £25 of the coaching session fee will be due and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

If you cancel or reschedule a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full coaching session fee will be charged.

Please note that a rescheduled session must be booked within 4 weeks.

There are some exceptions to this charge and decisions will be made at the discretion of the coach.
